Detailed Description

Native HTTP client over the existing worker-owned TCP runtime.

An explicit address separates routing from the HTTP authority/TLS identity. For HTTPS, establish TlsStream::Connect then pass it to Connection::Client; the negotiated ALPN must match the selected HTTP protocol.
